From self-checkout to unmanned stores: retail in China

Renee Zhao from C-star, Shanghai’s retail trade show, visited EuroCIS 2019 and met with us to talk about EuroShop’s satellite event C-star. She gives insight into the developments and highlights at C-star for the coming years. She also talks about the Chinese retail market and how technology will increasingly play a pivotal role.

C-star will take place from April 25-27, 2019 at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).
